Keuna
Keuna was created when two different cultures met. Our designs combine the colorful and self-expressive approach to life of the people in West Africa with the modern forms we are accustomed to in Europe creating a style that besides being liberatingly graceful also embodies the bravery of being yourself and the values of tradition.
Thanks to our unique and ever changing collection of exquisite materials everyone will find the clothes
that fit his or her personality, and will be able to put up the finishing touches to this unique look by
choosing from the creations of Ghana’s most renowned jewelry designer, Kati Torda. Wearing a Keuna
you will
finally be unique and yourself.
The company
We started Keuna in 2006 after a very inspiring adventure in Ghana. Let us introduce the members of our passionate team:
Izabella Sandor economist who has made our dream a reality with her insightfulness, practicality, fantastactic design ideas and strategic thinking.
Kati Torda who lends her broad knowledge of Ghanaian bead and textile culture to us willingly, and of course uplifts our collection with her incredible jewelry.
Sena Dagadu, singer, song writer and performer, who ads her touch of eccentricity to the collection and loves shopping for textiles on the market.
Gabriella Sándor and Péter Hárságyi, who were the first of us to be swept away by the creativeness and intensity of the waxprint textiles of Ghana.
Our textiles are selected from the fine designs of GTP Ghanaian Textile Print and ATL Akosombo Textile Limited.
